Dr. Maria Isaza

Dr. Maria P. Isaza is the Dean of the School of Health Professions and Natural Sciences (HPNS) at the County College of Morris (CCM). She was born in Cali, Colombia and immigrated to the United States in 1990. She has been a Morris County resident for the past 30 years and currently resides in Wharton, NJ with her family.

Dr. Isaza is a CCM alumna and graduated with a B.S. in Biology from the College of St. Elizabeth in 2002. She then received her Ph. D. in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 2009. She started working at CCM in 2007 as an adjunct professor and was hired as a full-time professor a year later in 2008. She served as the Chairperson of the Biology and Chemistry Department for eight years and became the Dean of the HPNS in 2021.

As the Dean of the HPNS, she leads a dedicated and enthusiastic team of faculty members that are committed to providing premier educational programs in in the areas of biological, chemical, and environmental sciences; health professions including nursing, radiography, respiratory therapy, paramedic science , and occupational therapy assistant; exercise science and personal trainer; landscape and horticultural technology; teacher education specializations and public health.
Dr. Isaza is also very active in her community and has been a board member for the Advocacy Committee at Employment Horizons since 2019. In addition, she was selected by the County Commissioners in 2019 to serve in the Morris Area Paratransit System Citizens Advisory Committee.

Mrs. Lydia Silfa

Lydia Silfa is currently a Vice President at PNC Bank. She has many years of banking experience with various institutions in New York City, including 15 years on Wall Street in different capacities, such as private wealth and institutional custody. Lydia has volunteered with MCOHA since 2013.
Lydia is active in the community and is a member of the Morris County Chamber of Commerce. She has an undergraduate degree in Finance and Investments from Baruch College, City University of New York and a Master's degree in Economic Policy from The New School for Social Research.

Mrs. Maria Rosario Behun

Maria Rosario Behun is a Bilingual Community Manager in Dover, NJ for Community & Business Development. She is a local ambassador for Chase whose job is to build and nurture relationships with key community leaders, nonprofit partners and small businesses at the neighborhood level. Maria hosts financial health workshops, facilitates non-profit partnerships, serves in community volunteerism and offers community programming. She is helping to advance racial equity by supporting Black and Latinx communities with tools and resources to help them improve their financial wellbeing. With over 13 years of experience in the financial services industry, prior to that 13 years in the Business Management industry. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Management, from Berkeley College with honors in Magma Cum Laude and Alpha Delta Sigma, while recently recognized as the Alumni of the Year in 2023. Maria has held a number of positions including VP, Treasury Management Officer, Co-Founder & Board Vice Co-Chair of HOLA, overseeing the Community Service Chapter in the regions of NY/NJ of HOLA, as well as an Ambassador of the Women in Business Program (NJ). Prior to this role, Maria served as an AVP, Corporate and Government Sales Officer and an AVP, Operations Liaison at Valley Bank. She is currently an Advisory Board Member of the County College of Morris EOF's program, Corporate Board Director at Morris County Hispanic-American Chamber of Commerce and a Community Relations Director at the Latino Chamber of Commerce, while active at JP Morgan's very own
Business Resource Centers Adelante and Women on the Move. Lastly, Maria also serves on the Puerto Rican Association of Human Development Fundraiser Committee and The Housing Partnership's Gala committee. Maria enjoys spending time with family, cooking, coaching the Butler Bloomingdale Youth Club Cheerleaders, volunteering and photography.

Luis Diaz
Mr. Diaz has over 20 years of experience in a wide range of complex matters, including intellectual property law, technology-related joint ventures and strategic alliances, mergers and acquisitions, sales and marketing, and government relations. He focuses his practice on advice and transactions relating to technology, e-commerce, privacy and data security, and cloud computing. Mr. Diaz represents foreign corporations from Spain, Central America, and South America in the United States. Prior to joining Gibbons, he founded the intellectual property group at IDT Corporation (NYSE: IDT) and served as Executive Vice President and Senior Counsel with the company.

Anthony Agudelo

Frank Bastone is a retired municipal administrator whose distinguished career spans four decades of service to local governments in northern New Jersey. He possesses extensive expertise in finance administration, contract negotiations, personnel organization, crisis management, environmental stewardship, insurance loss control, and municipal utility governance. Frank holds a bachelor’s degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a master’s degree from Penn State.
He is motivated to serve on the Board of Directors by his belief that his professional background can contribute meaningfully to MCOHA's mission of delivering services and fostering community integration, supporting the nation’s longstanding heritage as a country of immigrants. Frank has been a member of the MCOHA Board of Trustees since 2012.
Currently, he serves as a part-time municipal management consultant. His leadership extends to over 18 years on his Community Association Board, including more than 10 years as President. In his personal time, Frank is an avid ice hockey player and an experienced international cruising sailor.

Mr. Santiago Garcia
Associate Director, Global Marketing PTC Therapeutics, Inc.
With over 10 years of experience in biotechnology and pharmaceuticals, Santiago currently serves as the Associate Director of Global Marketing at PTC Therapeutics. A Global marketing and commercial strategy leader with a proven track record in directing global launches. He is a trusted cross-functional team leader with a mission to foster innovation and drive impactful solutions. His work is guided by service and a passion for delivering value to community stakeholders. He holds a Bachelor's of Science in Biology from the University of Scranton and a Masters of Business Administration in Pharmaceutical Management and Marketing from Rutgers Business School.
