JoAnn Quattro
Executive Director
JoAnn Quattro joined MCOHA in 2025 as Executive Director, focusing on strategic planning and community engagement, while maintaining the high standards of excellence that MCOHA is known for and exploring new opportunities for growth and collaboration. By enhancing and adapting MCOHA's programs and initiatives, JoAnn hopes to expand our reach and expertise to help our communities thrive.
JoAnn brings to MCOHA more than 25 years of experience in non-profit management in Morris County, as an executive director, board of trustees member and president, and a Community Impact Manager with United Way of Northern New Jersey. Her passion for helping others and her lifelong commitment to social justice are her guiding principles as she works with our dedicated team to create the potential for meaningful change in the lives of those we support and leads MCOHA into its next chapter.
